Production + Delivery Time:

Please allow up to 15 days from the date of your order to receive your item. Most orders ship sooner, but because each piece is custom-made, this window allows time for production, quality checks, and shipping.

Shipping Details:

• Orders ship via USPS or UPS depending on destination and weight.
• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
  
• Moving Forward Designs is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.
