MADE TO ORDER, JUST FOR YOU

At Moving Forward Designs, every piece is made to order. We do not mass-produce or pull finished garments from a warehouse shelf. Each item is individually prepared, hand-embellished, finished, and quality checked specifically for your order.

Because of the hands-on nature of our production process, we do not guarantee a specific ship date or production timeframe. During high-volume periods, including football season, holidays, and major sporting events, production times may be longer than usual.

We promise your order has not been forgotten! Our team is working hard to complete orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that Moving Forward Designs is known for.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Once your piece has completed production and passed our quality checks, it will ship  UPS.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Moving Forward Designs is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

While we will always do our best to help, rush requests and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by our team prior to purchase.
